1) My Groupon code doesn't work.

A. Please make sure you are using the Groupon "Redemption Voucher Code" which is 12 characters.

2) I ordered multiple Groupon codes. How do I apply them for one order?

A. Our current platform doesn't allow us to combine multiple discounts into one order.

B. You would need to do separate orders for each discount code.

3) I have yet to receive my order.

A. Because of Covid related shipping delays please expect longer delivery times.
